FAQs
What is the Early Routine Suggestion System?
1
It is a narrow recommendation engine that selects the short creative or focus routine most likely to improve an individual’s self-reported useful output and stress stability within a 30–45 minute window. The system draws from a fixed library of 8–12 routines and is now entering controlled testing in ЯSi Hub versions 3 and 4.
How does it work?
2
Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.You opt in.
The system presents a recommendation from the fixed library (or you may choose freely).
You complete the routine in 30–45 minutes.
You rate the useful output and/or stress shift on a simple 1–5 scale, with an optional note.
Performance is measured strictly against random selection and your own historical preference on held-out data. Only recommendations that exceed both baselines advance.
What is it not?
3
It is not a clinical tool.
It does not diagnose.
It does not monitor anyone else.
It makes no claim of advanced or general predictive power.
It is a personal suggestion layer only.
How is my time and data protected?
4
Every session is limited to 30–45 minutes because we treat personal time as a non-renewable resource.
Participation is strictly opt-in.
You may delete your data at any time.
Every output is a suggestion you can accept, modify, or ignore.
No automatic actions are taken on your behalf.
Why are we releasing it this way?
5
The system stays inside ЯSi’s established focus on personal tools for mind steadiness, creativity, and anti-distraction. The cost of a wrong suggestion is low. Feedback is direct and measurable. We have built the initial production version and designed it for continuous iteration. This is not a temporary experiment. It is the first operational release of a system we intend to refine and maintain.
How can I take part or stay informed?
6
Register on the main page or follow updates through the primary channels. When opt-in testing opens, notified participants will receive access. Results will be versioned and shared transparently with those who take part.
Early. Precise. Measured.
Built to remain.
